Save Straiton for Scotland 
Straiton is a beautiful village and one that is looked after. Tourists come to see the pretty village set amongst the green hills. It will be ruined if it is surrounded by a factory of wind turbines. Wind farms/turbines are not efficient, require lots of copper, road building very frequently STOP working and only last about 20 years. Add my name to your list of horrified protestors. Why aren’t there any wind turbines on Arthur’s Seat?
I agree till we see wind turbines next to MP’s and directors of these companies, they should leave our unspoilt countryside alone. We don’t see Visit Scotland showing wind farms in their adverts for Scotland. The only reason big companies are interested is the profit, not the enviroment
